SUMMER Youth Group:  Grades 5 - 8  - Tuesdays - 7 - 8:30pm

Everyone who will be entering 5th-8th grade next fall will meet on Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:30pm

Mission:

The goal of the youth groups is to provide the youth of the parish a fun, faith-filled environment that will help each person grow in their relationship with God.  We meet every week, year-round, in the youth room and focus on the areas of catechesis, spirituality, social justice, and building community.  We also offer many retreat opportunities and social activities to keep the youth busy, such as Search, Legendary Lodge, Bible study, worship nights, book club, ski trips, broom hockey, rafting, folf, camping, caving, lock-ins, and much much more!  Don’t miss out, and if you have any questions, please contact Brian Shea at brians@stbernardblgs.org.

5th-8th Grade Youth Group - Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:30pm

 June 16 - Bucket Ball - We will kick off the summer with a new game called Bucket Ball. This is a way easier version of golf with giant clubs and wiffle balls.

June 23 - Carnival Night - This week, we have many different carnival-type games with lots of chances to win some fun prizes.

 June 25 (Thursday 11:15am-6pm) - Rafting - Don’t miss out on our annual rafting trip down the Stillwater River with Absaroka River Adventures. There is limited space, so get your forms in as soon as possible.

 June 30 - Brains, Guts, and Muscles - Tonight, we will have a huge competition of different games in which you have to use your brains, guts, and muscles to win.

 July 7 - Finger Rockets - Come join us for a huge Finger Rocket battle. This is always a youth group favorite!

July 14 - No Youth Group - There will be no youth group this week as Brian, the volunteers, and the high school youth will be on a week-long retreat.

July 21 - Water Wars - Make sure you wear clothes that can get wet, as we will have many different games involving water and our giant slip-and-slide.

 July 28 - Dude Perfect Mini Games - This week, we will compete against different teams to see who can win the most Dude Perfect Mini Games.

 July 28 (Tuesday 8:30pm to Wednesday 8am) - Lock-in - Don’t miss this fun night of movies, games, snacks, and very little sleep. Everyone needs to bring a sleeping bag, $5, and a snack to share with the group.

August 4 - Summer Olympics - Come join us for our 22nd annual Summer Olympics! We will compete in a series of games to see who can take home the gold medals.

 August 11 - Slip and Slide Kickball - This week, we will be playing slip-and-slide kickball. Make sure you wear clothes that can get wet for this fun night.

 August 18 - Skate Party - Tonight, we will have a huge skate party with our carpet skates. There will be music, games, and prizes for this fun night.

 August 25 - Water Balloon Assassins - Finish the summer off with a night of water balloon assassins. This game is a mixture of hide and seek and a giant water balloon fight. ____________________________________________________________________________________
